		<description>That&#039;s one of my concerns too Mrs. C-that people will start making things up just to get the money.

It&#039;s also important to note that the money is given for an arrest-not a conviction.  Even if it the arrest turns out to be false, the person that turned them in still gets the money.</description>

		<description>It&#039;s a shame police feel they need to bribe people into doing the right thing.  I&#039;m concerned that if the price is too high people will just start making up stuff so they can get their hands on the cash.
