Attorneys have already complained about how arbitrary the rules are and how difficult it will be to implement those rules. CPS can interpret the rules any way they want and can also change them at any time. And if FLDS doesn’t like it,
“Texas officials told FLDS communities that if they don’t cooperate, the court could “terminate parental rights” and put the children up for adoption.
There is a video at the link above and the first thing the newscaster says is that the women may have to leave heir homes, husbands and religion if they want to keep their children.
Who will be the next group that has to give up their religion and spouses to keep their children?
