		<description>That&#039;s a great tip. Really, all powdered sugar is, is &quot;powdered sugar.&quot; I&#039;m not 100% sure, but I think you need twice as much regular sugar for whatever measure of powdered you need. I.E., a cup of granulated sugar will yield a half cup of powdered.

		<description>It also works if you put in a little bit of cornstarch. I&#039;ve tried it and it may not be the same as store bought powdered sugar, but it definitely works in a pinch!</description>
